This German-inspired Rotbier, crafted as a collaboration with Herman Brasserie Artisanale, offers a sophisticated take on the Vienna Lager style. The sensory profile is driven by a clean, toasty malt foundation that emphasizes bready richness without slipping into heavy caramel or roasted territory. The addition of Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops introduces a refined, noble character, contributing elegant floral and spicy notes that perfectly balance the grain bill. At 5.1% ABV, the beer remains exceptionally drinkable, showcasing a soft malt complexity and a crisp, relatively dry finish.
