Sasquatch is a robust American IPA that unapologetically embraces the resinous heart of the West Coast tradition. Assertive aromas of fresh needles and sticky sap are driven by a heavy-handed addition of Chinook, while NZ Cascade and Falconer's Flight contribute layers of bright citrus and subtle floral notes. On the palate, a clean, grainy malt backbone provides just enough structure to support a bold, lingering bitterness that defines the style. Appearance. Deep gold to light amber with brilliant clarity. Topped by a persistent, off-white, medium-sized head that leaves decorative lacing.
