Appearance. Straw to light orange color (4-6 SRM) with an opaque, hazy shine. Features a medium, rocky, white head with high retention and beautiful meringue-like lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by passionfruit, pink grapefruit, and mango. Background notes of grainy, bready malt provide support. Neutral to lightly fruity fermentation esters that harmonize with the hop profile.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with nectarine and lime zest. Low malt flavor with a neutral, grainy character. Perceived bitterness is low to moderate, well-masked by a soft, off-dry finish. No harsh or sharp hop character in the aftertaste.
