This decadent Imperial Stout pours a viscous jet black, releasing an intense bouquet of bittersweet chocolate and aromatic gingerbread. Deep layers of roasted malt provide a canvas for pungent ginger, warm cinnamon, and a hint of molasses, reminiscent of holiday confections. At 12% ABV, a smooth, spirit-like warmth integrates with the velvety, full-bodied texture. Notes of dark fruit, such as raisins and dried figs, emerge mid-palate, while a firm bitterness balances the rich, dessert-like sweetness. Appearance. Jet black (40 SRM) and completely opaque. A thick, creamy, deep tan head exhibits moderate retention, leaving oily legs on the glass as the beer swirls.

Aroma. High intensity; rich dark chocolate and cocoa powder dominant. Pronounced gingerbread spice notes of ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg meld with roasted malt scents of espresso and charred grain.
