Strange Altars is an opulent English Barley Wine that envelops the senses in a tapestry of dark, decadent flavors. The massive 13% ABV foundation provides a velvety, viscous stage for the interplay of rich, bready malt and the distinct influence of rum and raisin. Deep caramel and toffee notes are brightened by the fragrant, honey-like essence of orange blossom, which lends a delicate floral lift to the otherwise heavy, spirituous character.
