Dominated by the addition of Wildflower Honey, the profile leads with rich honey toffee sweetness and complex layers of dried fruits like raisins and dates. While the British pale ale and crystal malts provide a sturdy, bready foundation, a light spice and balanced floral hop bitterness emerge to counter the depth.
