Metalhead Metalworks - Kolschish captures the elegant simplicity of a traditional Kölsch. This pale gold ale radiates a clean, inviting character defined by its delicate balance. A subtle, grainy-sweet malt backbone provides a soft foundation for refined noble hop bitterness, offering faint whispers of spice and dried flowers. Fermented with a traditional German ale yeast, it reveals gentle notes of ripe apple and pear, characteristic of the style’s cool fermentation profile. The experience is defined by its crisp attenuation and a smooth, rounded palate that concludes with a dry, revitalizing finish. It is a refreshing tribute to the classics of Cologne.
