This sessionable American IPA pours with a soft, inviting glow, releasing a high-intensity bouquet of tropical passionfruit, crushed lime, and white wine grapes. The palate is defined by a bright, tropical burst of flavor, where the signature Nelson Sauvin influence provides a crisp, refreshing edge over a restrained, crackery malt base. Clean fermentation allows the hop-derived notes of guava and gooseberry to take center stage. With its moderate bitterness and dry, effervescent finish, it offers a remarkably easy-drinking profile that balances modern hop intensity with high drinkability.
Appearance. Medium gold with a slight haze consistent with its modern sessionable design. Pours with a medium-sized white head showing good persistence and light lacing.
