Aesthetics of Haze is a quintessential Hazy IPA that prioritizes a saturated hop experience over sharp bitterness. Utilizing Yakima Citra hyperboost and Sabro dynaboost, the sensory profile is dominated by a tropical explosion of ripe mango, pineapple, and a distinct creamy coconut undertone. The flaked grain base provides a soft, pillowy canvas for the vibrant citrus notes to shine. A moderate haze and a dense white head invite the first sip, revealing a silky texture and a juicy, off-dry finish. This collaboration highlights the modern pursuit of juiciness, delivering an approachable, fruit-forward profile with exceptional smoothness and a lingering tropical afterglow.

Appearance. Straw to light amber (3-5 SRM). Opaque with a persistent, brilliant haze that lacks visible particulates. Displays a medium-high, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a complex blend of tropical fruit (pineapple, mango), citrus (grapefruit, orange), and a unique cream-of-coconut character from the Sabro. Background malt is low, presenting as clean, bready, and neutral. Esters are fruity and supportive, well-integrated with the hop-derived oils.

Taste. Initial impression is a massive wave of tropical and stone fruit juice. High hop flavor mirrors the aroma, emphasizing citrus zest and tropical fruit medley. Malt flavor is low, providing a simple bready support. Perceived bitterness is low to medium-low, well-masked by a full body. The finish is off-dry and exceptionally smooth, without any hop harshness or astringency.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Notable creaminess without being viscous. Alcohol warmth is light and well-hidden at 6% ABV. Entirely free of astringency or raw starch sensations.
