This American IPA embodies the classic West Coast profile, delivering a sharp and resinous sensory experience. A pungent aromatic profile is driven by a trio of foundational hops: Simcoe provides deep notes of pine and earth, Amarillo adds vibrant layers of orange and floral citrus, and Chinook contributes a bold grapefruit and spicy resin character. The beer presents a brilliant gold color with a dry, crisp palate where a firm bitterness takes precedence. A clean, crackery malt base supports the aggressive hop flavors without adding sweetness, leading to a lingering, resinous finish that remains clean and refreshing.

Appearance. Medium gold with brilliant clarity. Supports a persistent, white, medium-sized head with excellent lacing.
