This Double IPA is a collaborative powerhouse showcasing an intense, saturated hop profile. Citra leads with bright grapefruit and lime zest, while Simcoe contributes deep notes of resinous pine and passionfruit. The inclusion of Nelson Sauvin and concentrated Nelson Sauvin Hop Kief defines the character with signature aromas of white wine grape, gooseberry, and crushed elderflower. A neutral malt base allows these vibrant hop qualities to shine without interference. It presents a firm, clean bitterness and a dry finish, balancing high hop intensity with a smooth, well-integrated alcohol presence that enhances its modern, fruit-forward sensory profile.

Appearance. Gold to light orange-copper (7-9 SRM). Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with good lacing. Displays slight haze consistent with modern dry-hopping techniques.

Aroma. Prominent to intense hop aroma featuring grapefruit, passionfruit, and distinct vinous notes of white wine grapes and gooseberry. Background notes of resinous pine are present. Malt is clean and neutral with a faint grainy character. Fermentation profile is clean.
