This Double IPA is a vibrant sensory collaboration between Messorem and Widowmaker, bursting with a complex bouquet driven by Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, and Sabro hops. It opens with an intense aromatic profile of white wine grapes and ripe nectarine, accented by a distinct touch of creamy coconut. The pour reveals a luminous pale gold liquid topped with a persistent white head. On the palate, a soft, grainy malt backbone supports waves of tropical passion fruit and zesty citrus, leading to a firm but smooth bitterness. The finish is remarkably clean and dry for its strength, leaving a lingering impression of crushed gooseberry and stone fruit.

Appearance. Luminous gold to light orange (approx. 7-8 SRM). Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with excellent lacing and slight haze characteristic of modern hopping rates.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma; prominent white wine and gooseberry from Nelson Sauvin, paired with Nectaron’s ripe peach and nectarine, plus subtle Sabro-derived coconut and tangerine. Low, neutral grainy maltiness; clean fermentation profile with very light, smooth alcohol.

Taste. High hop flavor intensity; tropical fruit, pineapple, and stone fruit dominate. Moderately high bitterness that remains smooth and non-harsh. Low, supportive bready malt character. Finishes medium-dry to dry with a lingering hop resin and white grape aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Moderate carbonation. Restrained, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present but smooth; no hop-derived astringency.
