Sortie Spectrale Mosaic is a modern interpretation of an American Lager, elevated by the intensive use of Mosaic and Mosaic Hyperboost. The sensory profile is defined by a clean, neutral malt base that serves as a canvas for vibrant hop expression. Aromas of blueberry, tropical mango, and a hint of pine dominate the nose, while the palate remains crisp and refreshing. The influence of Mosaic provides layers of citrus and stone fruit, finishing bone-dry with a subtle, lingering herbal snap. This light-bodied lager balances the extreme drinkability of the style with the punchy, aromatic complexity typical of a contemporary craft brewery.
Appearance. Very pale straw color (2-3 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a bright white, frothy head that shows moderate retention and light lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity hop aroma featuring distinct notes of blueberry, tangerine, and papaya. Malt is low to none, perceived as a faint crackery sweetness. Clean fermentation profile without esters or diacetyl.
Taste. Clean and neutral malt palate with a low grainy-sweet flavor. Hop flavor is moderate, showcasing tropical fruit and citrus. Bitterness is low to medium-low, providing just enough structure to balance the grain. The finish is crisp and dry with a short, clean aftertaste of lemon zest.
