This Wild Specialty Beer presents a saturated, smoothie-like profile bursting with fresh fruit intensity. Vibrant notes of sun-ripened peach dominate the palate, supported by the zesty, citrusy brightness of orange and the sharp, tannic snap of cranberry. The wild fermentation character provides a foundational tartness that cuts through the thick, velvet-like texture typical of the series. The experience is highly sensory, blending the sweetness of stone fruit with a refreshing acidic lift. This expressive ale showcases a masterful balance between deep fruit purée richness and a clean, lively wild-derived finish, avoiding the typical thinness of traditional sour styles.

Appearance. Deep, opaque sunset orange with a soft pinkish hue; pours with a thick, pulpy consistency. The head is dense, pale peach-colored, and shows moderate to poor retention, typical of high-fruit-solids beers.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of lush peach nectar and fresh-squeezed orange juice. A bright, acidic cranberry edge follows, accompanied by a subtle, clean lactic sourness and a hint of earthy wild yeast complexity.

Taste. Initial impression is a wave of sweet peach and citrusy orange, quickly met by a sharp, refreshing cranberry tartness. The wild fermentation provides a moderate lactic acidity that balances the residual fruit sugars. The finish is long and pulpy, leaving a lingering fruit purée sensation that is sweet yet tangibly tart.

Mouthfeel. Full-bodied and viscous with a creamy, smoothie-like texture. Carbonation is moderate, providing enough lift to prevent the fruit weight from becoming cloying. Very low alcohol warmth and no grain-derived astringency.
