This collaborative Czech Amber Lager, known traditionally as Polotmavé, showcases a masterful balance between rich malt depth and refined hop character. The aroma opens with deep notes of toasted bread crust and a subtle graham cracker sweetness, complemented by a delicate, spicy floral lift from classic noble hops. On the palate, Moitié Noirceur delivers a complex layer of Maillard products and soft caramel, avoiding any roasted harshness.
