This Double IPA celebrates a storied legacy with a vibrant, modern hop profile featuring Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Galaxy. The sensory experience is dominated by an intense wave of passionfruit, white grape, and citrus zest. Despite the robust 9% ABV, the beer maintains high drinkability through a clean, neutral malt base that allows the complex oils of the three hop varieties to shine. A crisp, firm bitterness balances the high hop saturation, leading into a dry, lingering finish. It bridges the gap between the intensity of a strong ale and the refined, punchy aromatics expected from a contemporary lupulin-forward collaboration.

Appearance. Gold to light orange-copper in color. Topped with a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head that leaves significant lacing. Generally clear, though a light, modern haze may be present.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with prominent notes of passionfruit, gooseberry, and crushed wine grapes. Underlying citrus layers of lime and grapefruit are supported by a faint, clean, grainy malt sweetness. Fermentation is neutral with a very subtle, smooth alcohol presence.
