At 10% ABV, it presents an intense sensory experience where the white grape and melon notes of Enigma and Hallertau Blanc dance alongside the bright citrus of Citra and the complex tropical fruit of Ekuanot Cryo. Simcoe adds a foundational layer of earthy pine and resin, balancing the fruit-forward character. A soft, supportive malt backbone ensures the high bitterness remains focused, leading into a finish that is remarkably dry and clean for its significant strength, emphasizing hop saturation over malt sweetness.
Appearance. Deep gold to pale orange with a persistent, dense white head. Displays a characteristic hazy opacity typical of modern high-gravity interpretations, featuring fine carbonation and excellent lacing.
