This collaboration Hazy IPA presents an opaque, glowing yellow pour with an explosive aromatic profile. The inclusion of Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin delivers a complex fusion of passionfruit and crushed white grapes, while Amarillo and Citra—bolstered by Citra Hyperboost—provide layers of juicy tangerine and resinous lime. On the palate, the experience is intensely fruit-forward with a soft, pillowy texture typical of the style. The malt character remains a subtle, bready backdrop, allowing the punchy Southern Hemisphere hops to shine against a restrained bitterness. It finishes with a lingering tropical sweetness and a smooth, well-integrated warmth.

Appearance. Color is a hazy, opaque straw to light orange (4-6 SRM) with a luminous sheen. It supports a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring punchy passionfruit, crushed white grape, and gooseberry from Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka. Layers of sweet orange and lime zest follow, supported by a low, grainy-sweet, bready malt character and neutral fermentation esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a saturated fruit punch of tropical and citrus flavors. High hop flavor of mango, white wine, and tangerine persists through the mid-palate. Low to medium-low bitterness is present but soft, balanced by a medium-full body. The finish is off-dry and clean with no hop harshness or astringency.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, smooth, and slightly creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate. A light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present without being hot or solventy.
