Demoliri 0015 is a modern Hazy IPA defined by its saturated hop profile and pillowy texture. An aggressive blend of Nelson Sauvin and Nelson Sauvin Hyperboost drives a primary aromatic profile of crushed white wine grapes and gooseberry. These cool-climate fruit notes are bolstered by the citrus-forward character of Citra and the delicate floral accents of Hallertau Blanc. On the palate, the experience is intensely juicy, balancing tropical lychee with a soft, bready malt presence. The finish is smooth and off-dry, delivering a complex sensory experience where hop intensity is foregrounded without harsh bitterness or astringency.
Appearance. Straw to light gold with a dense, opaque haze providing a vibrant glow; a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head shows excellent retention and leaves heavy lacing.
Aroma. High intensity featuring dominant notes of crushed white grapes and gooseberry from Nelson Sauvin and Nelson Sauvin Hyperboost. Bright grapefruit and tropical mango emerge from Citra, while Hallertau Blanc adds delicate elderflower and lemongrass. Background malt is bready and neutral with clean fermentation.
Taste. Initial explosion of passionfruit, lychee, and white wine. The Nelson Sauvin Hyperboost delivers concentrated flavors of sauvignon blanc grapes. Low to medium-low perceived bitterness that is well-masked by a soft, bready malt foundation. Finish is smooth and off-dry, with a lingering tropical and floral aftertaste without any hop harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Moderate carbonation. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present. Entirely free of astringency or raw starch sensations.
