Demoliri 0011 presents as a quintessential Hazy IPA, defined by its intense, saturated hop profile. The use of Freestyle Nectaron drives a core of ripe peach and succulent pineapple, while Nelson Sauvin adds sophisticated layers of white grape and crushed gooseberry. This combination yields a multi-faceted tropical experience. A soft, pillowy malt backbone provides a bready foundation that supports the massive hop oils without clashing. The finish is smooth and low in bitterness, allowing the vibrant fruit esters to linger. It captures a juicy essence with a refined, contemporary hop expression characteristic of the style.

Appearance. Straw to light orange (4-6 SRM) with a heavy, opaque haze and a luminous shine. It is topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head that shows excellent retention and leaves thick, tiered lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity with dominant notes of passionfruit, fuzzy peach, and fresh pineapple. Distinctive white wine-like esters, gooseberry, and a hint of tropical musk follow. The malt is low and clean, suggesting neutral grain or soft doughy bread. No caramel or toast is present; fermentation character is clean to slightly fruity.

Taste. The initial impression is an explosion of tropical fruit juice. High hop flavors of nectarine, mango, and Sauvignon Blanc grapes lead the profile. Malt flavor is low, providing a supportive bready, wheaty base. Perceived bitterness is low to moderate, well-integrated and never harsh. The finish is medium-dry to off-dry, with a clean, lingering fruitiness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate. A very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present at 7% ABV. It lacks any astringency or raw starchiness, maintaining high drinkability despite its density.
