This Double IPA showcases an intense sensory profile defined by a heavy double dry-hop addition of Mosaic and Cashmere. The aroma is dominated by Mosaic’s signature complex notes of ripe mango, blueberry, and earthy pine, which are seamlessly complemented by the lemon, lime, and soft melon character of Cashmere. On the palate, the beer delivers a saturated tropical fruit experience with a clean, lean malt backbone that keeps the focus entirely on the hops. At 8.6% ABV, it provides a smooth, warming presence that remains remarkably drinkable, finishing with a firm bitterness and a lingering resinous complexity.

Appearance. Gold to light orange-copper (7-10 SRM). Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with excellent lacing. Slight to moderate haze is present, consistent with a heavy dry-hop profile.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with prominent notes of tropical mango, citrus zest, and stone fruit, alongside subtle berry and pine. Low, neutral grainy malt in the background. Clean fermentation profile with a light, smooth alcohol note.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical fruit and melon. Strong hop flavors of citrus and berry follow, supported by a low, soft bready malt character. Moderately high bitterness that is firm but smooth and devoid of harshness. Dry to medium-dry finish with a lingering hoppy and resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is medium-high. Provides a restrained, smooth alcohol warmth without being hot. No hop-derived astringency.
