This Double IPA showcases a vibrant, multi-layered hop profile driven by Superdelic, Nectaron, Motueka, and Citra. The sensory journey begins with an explosion of red berry candy and passion fruit, underpinned by zesty lime and crushed citrus oils. Despite its 8.5% ABV, the palate remains remarkably bright, balancing a soft, grainy malt backbone against a firm, clean bitterness that defines the style. Subtle notes of peach and mango from the Nectaron and Citra linger through a dry, refreshing finish, while a controlled alcohol warmth provides a sophisticated structure to this modern and intensely aromatic collaboration.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (6-8 SRM) with a slight haze. Features a moderate-sized, persistent, creamy white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop-forward bouquet featuring prominent notes of tropical passion fruit and peach from Nectaron, complemented by a candy-like berry character from Superdelic. Bright lime zest from Motueka and grapefruit from Citra provide a sharp citrus edge over a neutral, grainy malt background.

Taste. Initial impression is a saturation of mango, lime, and stone fruit flavors. The malt flavor is low and clean, providing a soft platform for a moderately high hop bitterness that is firm but not harsh. Finishes dry to medium-dry with a lingering resinous and tropical hop aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, velvety texture. Moderate-high carbonation. A noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, without any harsh hop-derived astringency.

Messorem Courte Visite es una DIPA intensamente aromática y expresiva, elaborada por Messorem en colaboración con Ārpus Brewing Co. , dos referentes de la nueva ola cervecera internacional. Esta cerveza es una celebración del lúpulo moderno, construida con una selección precisa de variedades que aportan capas profundas de aroma, sabor y jugosidad: Superdelic, Nectaron, Motueka y Citra.

Visualmente se presenta con un color dorado intenso ligeramente velado, coronado por una espuma blanca, cremosa y persistente que anticipa su carácter sedoso. En nariz despliega un perfil explosivo y complejo, donde destacan notas de fruta tropical madura como mango, piña y maracuyá, acompañadas de cítricos frescos —lima, pomelo y naranja— y matices de fruta de hueso como melocotón y albaricoque. El lúpulo Superdelic y Nectaron aportan un carácter dulce y exótico, mientras que Motueka y Citra refuerzan la frescura cítrica y herbal.

En boca, Messorem Courte Visite es amplia y envolvente, con una textura suave y jugosa que llena el paladar sin resultar pesada. El cuerpo medio-alto sostiene una carga lupulada intensa pero bien equilibrada, donde el amargor es firme, limpio y progresivo, sin aristas. Aparecen de nuevo sabores de frutas tropicales, ralladura de cítricos y un toque resinoso elegante, todo integrado sobre una base de maltas discretas que aportan estructura sin robar protagonismo al lúpulo.

El final es largo, aromático y ligeramente seco, invitando a otro trago y dejando una persistencia frutal y cítrica muy agradable. A pesar de su potencia, esta DIPA destaca por su equilibrio, bebilidad y refinamiento, reflejo del saber hacer de ambas cerveceras.
