This Hazy IPA, a collaboration between Messorem and Superflux, presents a luminous, opaque appearance characteristic of the style. The aromatics are driven by a potent trio of hops: Citra Cryo provides concentrated waves of pink grapefruit and mango, while Motueka adds a distinct, zesty lime character. Mosaic rounds out the profile with notes of blueberry and stone fruit. On the palate, the hop intensity is high but balanced by a soft, pillowy mouthfeel and a neutral, bready malt base. It finishes with a restrained bitterness and an off-dry, juicy character that emphasizes fruit expression over floral or herbal notes.

Appearance. Color is straw to deep gold (3-7 SRM) with a dense, opaque haze and a luminous shine. It features a thick, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and heavy lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring layers of mango, papaya, and citrus zest. Citra Cryo provides concentrated citrus punch, Motueka contributes lime and tropical fruit, and Mosaic adds berry-like complexity. Malt is subtle, providing a light, bready, and grainy background.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with lime, passionfruit, and blueberry. Malt flavor is low to medium, tasting of fresh flour or crackers. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as low due to the soft body. The finish is off-dry and smooth with a lingering juicy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate. No alcohol warmth is present, and it is entirely free of hop astringency or raw starchiness.
