This Hazy IPA showcases a vibrant dialogue between Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops, resulting in an explosion of tropical and vinous character. The sensory experience begins with a punchy bouquet of crushed white grapes, gooseberry, and passion fruit, underpinned by the signature sweet citrus and mango notes of Citra. Its appearance is a luminous, opaque pale straw with a dense, meringue-like head. On the palate, the hop intensity is massive yet refined, supported by a soft, pillowy malt base of bready grains. The finish is remarkably smooth with a restrained bitterness, emphasizing a juicy sensation that lingers with notes of lime zest and lychee.

Appearance. Straw to light amber (4 SRM). Opaque, hazy clarity with a brilliant shine. Features a medium-to-large, rocky, white head with excellent retention and thick meringue-like lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of gooseberry, white wine grapes, and passion fruit from the Nelson Sauvin, complemented by grapefruit, lime, and mango. Background notes of bready, grainy malt; clean fermentation profile with light fruity esters.

Taste. Dominant fruity hop flavors mirroring the aroma: mango, tropical citrus, and a distinct vinous, white wine quality. Malt provides a low, supportive grainy-sweet foundation. Low-to-moderate perceived bitterness leads to a soft, off-dry finish without harshness or hop burn. The aftertaste is clean and fruit-forward.
