This Hazy IPA showcases a masterclass in hop complexity, combining Motueka, Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra, and Krush into a vibrant, tropical tapestry. The pour is characteristically opaque with a luminous golden glow. On the nose, intense notes of lime zest and mojito mint from Motueka mingle with the unmistakable white grape and gooseberry profile of Nelson Sauvin. Riwaka adds a punchy passionfruit depth, while Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra provide a foundation of ripe mango, berries, and grapefruit. The addition of Krush bolsters the citrus-forward brightness. On the palate, a soft, creamy texture supports the massive fruit load, finishing with a restrained, smooth bitterness.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (SRM 4-6) with a pronounced, opaque haze and a luminous glow. Features a tall, rocky, white meringue-like head with exceptional retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring notes of lime, gooseberry, and crushed wine grapes from Motueka and Nelson Sauvin. Riwaka contributes passionfruit, while Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra, and Krush provide layers of mango, blueberry, and bright citrus. Malt is low and bready; fermentation is clean with faint fruity esters.

Taste. High intensity tropical fruit flavors including mango, peach, and citrus. Hop flavor is exceptionally fresh and juicy, lacking any vegetal or grassy harshness. Low to medium bitterness provides enough structure to balance the soft, bready malt. Finishes off-dry and smooth with a lingering citrus aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a pillowy, soft, and creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate. A gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present but smooth, with no astringency or harshness.
