This modern West Coast Pale Ale delivers a vibrant sensory experience led by a sophisticated hop blend. Strata drives the profile with intense notes of passionfruit and a signature dankness, while the combination of Simcoe and Simcoe Hyperboost provides a deep resinous pine and sharp grapefruit backbone. NZ Cascade elevates the aromatics with a bright, floral citrus lift. The malt remains supportive and lean, offering a clean, grainy foundation that allows the hops to shine. Appearance. Pale gold to deep yellow (6-8 SRM) with excellent clarity and a brilliant luster. It supports a moderately large, creamy white head with persistent retention and intricate lacing on the glass.
