Fusion Dance emerges as a vibrant Hazy IPA, merging a wheat-heavy base with the luxurious textures of an oat cream inspiration. The result is a luminous, straw-colored pour with a striking opaque glow and a dense, rocky head. On the nose, it delivers an explosive hop bomb of tropical intensity, leaning into lush notes of overripe mango, pineapple, and zesty citrus. The palate follows suit with a saturated fruit profile, where the protein-rich grist of wheat and oats creates a velvety, pillowy mouthfeel that softens the low, clean bitterness. It is a harmonious, juicy experience that balances modern hop saturation with a smooth, approachable finish.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (4 SRM) with a striking opaque, luminous haze. It supports a dense, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick, persistent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity of tropical fruit aromas, featuring crushed pineapple, mango, and sweet orange zest. A light, grainy-sweet malt character from the wheat and oats provides a soft background, while fermentation esters are clean and supportive of the massive hop presence.

Taste. The initial impression is a wave of juicy tropical fruit and citrus oils. Low, bready malt sweetness is present but quickly overtaken by intense hop flavors of stone fruit and melon. Perceived bitterness is low and smooth, lacking any harshness or hop bite. The finish is soft and off-dry, with a lingering, pleasant fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably smooth, pillowy texture derived from the heavy use of wheat and oats. Carbonation is moderate. Alcohol warmth is negligible, and there is no perceived astringency despite the heavy dry-hopping.
