Menaud Framboise is a sophisticated evolution of the classic Weissbier, blending a bready, grainy wheat backbone with a vibrant infusion of fresh raspberries. It presents a striking appearance with its thick, rosé-colored foam resting atop a delicately veiled body. The sensory profile is defined by an interplay of bright red fruit and the rustic, wild character of Brettanomyces, which adds a layer of funky complexity to the traditional banana and clove fermentation esters. On the palate, the tartness of the fruit dominates, supported by a fluffy, creamy texture and a highly effervescent, dry finish that emphasizes its refreshing and wild nature.

Appearance. The beer is pale gold but exhibits a distinct pinkish hue from the fruit; it is delicately veiled with a slight haze and topped by a very thick, moussy, and long-lasting rosé-colored head.
