It pours a deep mahogany with amber highlights, topped by a resilient, creamy head. Appearance. Dark brown to opaque mahogany with subtle amber highlights at the edges. Displays a dense, cream-colored head with excellent retention and medium carbonation with visible large bubbles.

Aroma. High intensity aroma characterized by prominent dark chocolate and a robust roasted malt backbone. Underlying notes of bready and toasty malts are complemented by moderate fruity esters suggestive of dark raisins, with no significant hop aroma.

De tono marrón oscuro, opaca, con pequeños brillos ambarinos en los bordes al trasluz. Con carbonatación media y de burbuja grande, se ve coronada con una capa de espuma densa de color crema, de un par de dedos de espesor, y con buena retención.
Aroma: Muy aromática, desprende un intenso aroma a chocolate negro acompañado de una base de malta tostada. Algo afrutada al mismo tiempo, se detectan notas de frutos oscuros como pasas. El sabor lo domina el chocolate negro y la malta tostadae. Cerveza de cuerpo medio-alto.
