This indulgent Experimental Mead offers a nostalgic sensory journey evocative of a liquid peanut butter and jelly sandwich. The profile is dominated by the jammy, vinous character of Red Grapes, seamlessly integrated with the earthy, roasted richness of Peanuts. Bourbon barrel aging adds sophisticated layers of toasted oak, vanilla, and a hint of coconut, which complement the dark honey base. The interplay between sweet fruit and savory nuttiness creates a complex, dessert-like experience. High alcohol provides a refined warmth that balances the viscous body, while the Red Grape lends a slight tannic structure to the finish.

Appearance. Deep ruby to dark purple with vibrant violet highlights; brilliant clarity may be slightly compromised by a faint haze from peanut oils. High viscosity with slow-moving legs; still to very low carbonation with no head formation.

Aroma. High intensity with potent aromas of concord-like red grape jam and grape skins. Strong toasted peanut butter notes provide a savory counterpoint.
