This Cold IPA-style interpretation of an American IPA offers a refreshing, ultra-clean profile designed for maximum drinkability. It opens with an expressive hop bouquet dominated by resinous pine and succulent ripe pineapple, followed by a bright flash of zesty grapefruit. The malt backbone remains exceptionally lean and unobtrusive, providing a crisp, neutral canvas that allows the vibrant New World hops to take center stage. Fermented cool for a lager-like snap, it finishes bone-dry and remarkably smooth. It is a balanced, quietly bold beer that emphasizes aromatic intensity and a snappy, refreshing bitterness without the weight of traditional caramel malts.

Appearance. Pours a brilliant, pale straw to light gold (4–6 SRM). It is topped with a persistent, medium-sized white head that exhibits good retention and leaves delicate lacing on the glass.
