This adventurous take on a New Zealand Pilsner balances the bright, tropical notes of Southern Hemisphere hops with the sharp, piquant heat of Northland’s Kaitaia Fire Chilis. A lean, cracker-like pilsner malt foundation allows the vibrant citrus and crushed gooseberry hop character to shine, while the chili infusion adds a layer of earthy warmth and a subtle, vinegary tang.
