Bay Mist is an inviting American Pale Ale that highlights a classic yet vibrant hop duo of Simcoe and Cascade. This unfiltered expression offers an immediate sensory punch of zesty grapefruit and resinous pine on the nose, characteristic of its Pacific Northwest lineage. On the palate, the hop profile softens into bright clementine citrus, supported by a clean, neutral malt backbone that provides just enough structure without overshadowing the fruit.
