This Hazy IPA presents a vibrant, fruit-forward profile defined by a unique hop duo. Eclipse hops lead the charge, offering high-intensity bursts of bright citrus and a hint of spice reminiscent of Citra. This is beautifully complemented by the inclusion of Wai-iti, which imparts lush, fresh notes of peach and apricot. The sensory experience is anchored by a soft, bready malt presence and a characteristically opaque, glowing appearance. Appearance. Straw to light orange (4–6 SRM). Opaque with a consistent haze and a luminous shine. Features a tall, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and beautiful lacing.
Aroma. High-intensity hop aroma featuring dominant tangerine and lemon zest from Eclipse, alongside soft apricot and peach nectar from Wai-iti. Background malt is low and neutral, suggesting fresh bread dough. Clean fermentation with supportive fruity esters.
Taste. Initial impression is an explosion of tropical and citrus fruit. High hop flavor of orange pulp and ripe stone fruits. Malt flavor is low and grainy, providing a soft foundation.
