This Hazy IPA offers a radiant, unfiltered presentation with a remarkably complex aromatic profile. The hop bill creates a layered sensory experience where Talus provides distinctive notes of white grapefruit and savory sage, while Cascade introduces softer nuances of pink grapefruit and elegant floral tones. Grounding the bright citrus is the Ella hop, which contributes tender herbal depth and a mysterious thread of liquorice. The experience is underscored by a soft, plush mouthfeel that emphasizes the juicy hop character over sharp bitterness, leading to a smooth, fruit-forward finish that highlights the brewery’s focus on fresh, hop-driven expression.
Appearance. Straw to pale orange (4-6 SRM); opaque with a luminous, hazy shine; thick, rocky white head with excellent persistence and fine lacing.
