MatMor Elephant’s Choice IPA
This American IPA displays a striking intense amber hue, topped with a creamy, persistent off-white head. The aromatic profile is highly assertive, showcasing vibrant layers of tropical fruit and bright citrus, anchored by a distinctively resinous, piney character from American hops. On the palate, the beer reveals a surprising lightness and a remarkably clean mouthfeel despite its 7.1% ABV. Fresh hop flavors of mango and grapefruit lead the experience, supported by a lean, subtly toasty malt base.
