This Hazy IPA offers a saturated tropical profile reminiscent of a classic island juice blend, derived entirely from its hop selection rather than additives. A grain bill featuring flaked oats and wheat provides a soft, opaque foundation for the intense aromatics of Nelson Sauvin and Azacca. These hops drive deep, overripe notes of passion fruit and guava, while a citrusy layer of orange from Amarillo adds brightness. Appearance. Deep straw to pale orange (SRM 4-6) with a brilliant hazy opacity. Topped with a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head that exhibits excellent retention and leaves thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity aromatics of tropical and stone fruits. Distinctive notes of overripe passion fruit and guava are primary, supported by a zesty orange citrus character and a touch of peach.
