Appearance. SRM 4-7. Bright pale orange with a hazy, opaque shine; not murky. Features a rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and delicate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tangerine, orange blossom, and grapefruit. Tropical notes of mango and passion fruit are present. Background malt is lightly bready and grainy, complemented by neutral to slightly fruity fermentation esters.
Taste. Initial impression is a burst of juicy citrus. High hop flavors of tangerine, sweet orange, and tropical fruit are balanced by a low, crackery malt character. Bitterness is low to medium, providing just enough structure to balance the soft, off-dry finish without any harsh or resinous aftertaste.
