Hopabunga is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases a powerhouse quartet of hop varieties. The sensory experience is led by the punchy tropical and citrus notes of Mosaic and Amarillo, creating a foundation of ripe stone fruit and bright orange. Nelson Sauvin introduces a distinct, sophisticated gooseberry and white grape character, while Idaho 7 rounds out the profile with deeper resinous fruit undertones. Its soft, pillowy texture carries these intense hop-saturated flavors across the palate without harshness. The malt remains a supportive, bready backdrop, allowing the hop profile to dominate from the initial aromatic burst to the smooth, juicy finish.
Appearance. Luminous straw to pale gold (4-6 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze that gives the beer a vibrant shine. It supports a thick, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and significant lacing.

Taste. The palate is an explosion of hop-derived fruitiness, mirroring the aroma with dominant flavors of gooseberry, peach, and citrus. The malt provides a light, cracker-like support. Bitterness is low to moderate and exceptionally smooth, never becoming sharp. The finish is off-dry and juicy, leaving a lingering impression of tropical fruit.
