This Hazy IPA radiates a vibrant, glowing orange hue reminiscent of a sun-ripened peach, crowned by a dense, meringue-like white head. The sensory experience is lead by an intense, luscious stone fruit character that specifically echoes fresh peaches and nectarines. Subtle notes of bright citrus zest and tropical fruit weave through the aroma, supported by a clean, lightly bready malt backbone. On the palate, the hop-forward profile remains smooth and remarkably approachable, delivering juicy fruit flavors with a restrained, soft bitterness. The finish is clean and refreshing, leaving a lingering impression of sweet stone fruit and zesty orange.
Appearance. Color ranges from straw to a deep orange-gold (4-7 SRM); opaque with a characteristic hazy shine. Features a medium, rocky, white head with high retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity aromatics dominated by massive stone fruit notes of peach and apricot. Complementary layers of sweet citrus peel and tropical mango are present. Malt character is low and grainy-sweet, while fermentation esters are fruity and supportive of the hop profile.
Taste. Initial impression is an explosion of juicy peach and stone fruit. Hop flavor is very high, moving into a finish characterized by citrus and nectarine. Perceived bitterness is low to moderate, masked by the soft body and never harsh. Malt provides a supportive, bready foundation with an off-dry, fruit-forward finish.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture and no astringency. Carbonation is moderate. Smooth and easy to drink with a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
