Windbreaker is a sensory-forward Hazy IPA that captures a vibrant tropical profile through the heavy use of Citra and Idaho 7 hops. This lively ale radiates with aromas of ripe pineapple, mango, and zesty orange. The palate is defined by its juicy nature, where Idaho 7 contributes deep stone fruit and tropical complexity while Citra adds a bright, refreshing citrus edge. A soft, pillowy texture and restrained bitterness create a highly approachable experience. Neutral, bready malts provide a subtle backbone, ensuring the hop-driven character remains the focus, resulting in a balanced, modern IPA that encourages repeated sips.

Appearance. 3 to 6 SRM; straw to light gold with a prominent, opaque hazy glow and a healthy shine. Features a medium, rocky, white meringue-like head with high retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring punchy tropical fruit (mango, pineapple) and citrus (grapefruit, tangerine) from Citra and Idaho 7. Low, grainy, bready malt character in the background; clean fermentation profile with subtle supportive esters.
