It delivers a vivid sensory experience centered entirely on hop aromatics without the interference of a malt backbone. The nose is greeted with high-intensity notes of citrus zest and tropical fruit, which carry through to a bone-dry palate. Appearance. SRM 1. Brilliant clarity, water-white with a fast-rising stream of small bubbles. The white head is thin and effervescent, dissipating rapidly with virtually no lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit zest, crushed lime, and passionfruit. The fermentation profile is exceptionally clean with no yeast-derived esters or phenols. There is zero malt character, supported by a neutral, slightly mineral water profile.
Taste. Initial impression is bone-dry and neutral. Immediate hop flavors of citrus rind and tropical fruit dominate the mid-palate. Hop bitterness is moderate but feels crisp and pronounced due to the lack of malt sugars. No grain or malt flavor is present. The finish is short and very dry, with a lingering citrusy hop snap and a clean aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Very light, watery body. Carbonation is high, producing a sharp, tingling effervescence. There is no alcohol warmth. The mouthfeel is crisp and refreshing without any lingering astringency.
