Mash Gang Stoop reimagines the American Lager as a sophisticated non-alcoholic offering. This ultra-low ABV brew presents a clean, refreshing profile that defies its 0.5% status. Though rooted in the neutral traditions of the style, it introduces subtle complexity through light oak aging and a selection of complex hops. The sensory experience is defined by a crisp, grainy malt backbone and a delicate, woody nuance from the oak, providing a more robust structure than typical session lagers. It remains highly carbonated and thirst-quenching, delivering the quintessential stoop drinking experience with an elevated, modern craft twist.

Appearance. Brilliant clarity with a very pale straw to light yellow color, ranging from 2 to 3 SRM. It pours with a bright white, frothy head that exhibits moderate persistence and light lacing.

Aroma. Low intensity aroma featuring clean, grainy, and slightly sweet malt notes. A delicate floral and spicy hop character is present, complemented by a very faint, dry woody note from the light oak aging. Fermentation is exceptionally clean with no perceptible esters or phenols.

Taste. The initial impression is crisp and neutral, leading into a light grainy malt sweetness.
