Appearance. Medium gold to light amber (SRM 6-10). Opaque and hazy appearance. White head with very low persistence and minimal lacing due to high hop oil saturation.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring tropical fruit, mango, strawberry, and citrus. Prominent dank and resinous notes from modern hop varieties. Low grainy-sweet maltiness provides a clean background. No alcohol aroma.
Taste. Strong hop flavors of pineapple, passionfruit, and stone fruit. Medium-high bitterness that is firm but not harsh. Low, clean, bready malt character. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering, saturated hop resin aftertaste and high fruit complexity.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light to medium body, offering a surprisingly smooth and satisfying texture for a low-alcohol beer. Moderate carbonation. No alcohol warmth. Low astringency.

After a fairly successful first launch we went a bit rogue and made about 9 beers in 3 months, people kept wanting more so, we kept making them.We didn't quite intend to start a company and carry on after lockdown ended, but here we are.
