High Definition is a collaboration between Mash Gang and Alpha Delta that aims to elevate the sensory expectations of alcohol-free brewing. This American Lager delivers a crisp and incredibly clean profile, emphasizing high-fidelity refreshment. The sensory experience is lead by a very neutral fermentation character, allowing subtle grainy-sweet malt notes to emerge without the interference of heavy adjuncts. While it pushes the limits of the low-alcohol format, it remains true to the style's thirst-quenching intent, offering a bright, clear presentation and a snappy, dry finish. It represents a precise, focused interpretation of a classic lager, maximized for clarity and drinkability.
Appearance. Very pale straw color (approximately 2 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a white, frothy head that has low persistence.
Aroma. Low intensity malt aroma with a faint grainy-sweet character. Hop aroma is very low to absent, though a subtle floral hint may be perceived. The fermentation profile is exceptionally clean.
Taste. Initial impression is neutral and crisp. Low grainy malt flavor with a very light sweetness that is quickly balanced by low bitterness. The finish is dry and clean with a short, refreshing aftertaste and no lingering harshness.
Mouthfeel. Light body with very high carbonation, providing a noticeable carbonic bite on the tongue. Smooth and thin with zero alcohol warmth.

Low Alcohol Sour Pale Ale No matter how strange this beer sounds, its very much a pale ale, it's exciting and fun, but still very much a beer. If you usually like our hazy beers, you'll like this. This is a one time deal, when this beer is gone, it's gone. Highly inspired by New York State Sour Pale Ales (NYSSPA?) We wanted a hazy, heavily hopped juicy, yet sour ale. Talus and Mandarina Bavaria brings big orange vibes. Vanilla smooths it off. Liquid Sherbert? Kinda! Yeah! Hops : El Dorado Incognito, Citra Spectrum, Talus, Mandarina Bavaria. Adjuncts : Orange oil, Madagascan bourbon vanilla, malic acid, yerba mate, green coffee bean. A complex grain bill includes, rye, spelt, wheat and oats and features multiple grain size of the same variant to increase body and mouthfeel and sweet/sour balance whilst avoiding lactose and other animal products, but trying to get this as close as possible to a full abv beer. Every part of this beverage has been interrogated at every stage, from water profile to co2 volume, to maximise enjoyment. VEGAN
