This non-alcoholic Fruit Beer presents a vibrant sensory interplay, merging a light IPA base with a sophisticated dessert-like profile. Barbe Rogue hops drive an initial wave of red berry aromatics, seamlessly amplified by the addition of fresh strawberry and floral hibiscus. The hibiscus lends a subtle, underlying tartness and a blush-colored complexity, while vanilla rounds out the mid-palate with a soft, creamy sweetness that belies the low gravity. Despite the 0.5% ABV, the profile remains refreshing and structurally sound, finishing with a delicate hop bitterness and a lingering, sun-ripened fruit essence that bridges the gap between a botanical tea and a modern craft ale.

Appearance. Pours a hazy, pale gold with distinct rosy-pink highlights from the hibiscus. Topped by a frothy, light pink-tinted head with moderate retention and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of ripe strawberry and red currants, bolstered by the berry-forward character of Barbe Rogue hops. A soft, marshmallow-like vanilla sweetness provides a backing for subtle floral hibiscus notes and a faint, crackery malt base.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tart strawberry and floral tea. The mid-palate reveals a smooth vanilla creaminess that balances the citrusy and herbal hop flavors. Bitterness is moderate, typical of a light IPA but softened by the adjuncts. Finishes clean and dry with a lingering red-fruit tartness and a touch of floral astringency.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body, avoiding the watery nature of many low-alcohol beers. Carbonation is moderate-high and effervescent. No alcohol warmth. Hibiscus provides a very light, pleasant tannic snap.
