Inspired by the probiotic profile of Yakult, Yakool presents as a sophisticated Brett Beer that bridges the gap between wild funk and clean lactic tartness. At 7% ABV, it maintains a remarkably delicate body reminiscent of a dry summer Ros . The fermentation driven by Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus yields a complex bouquet of stone fruit and citrus, underpinned by a faint, pleasant earthiness.
