This opulent Raspberry Mead offers a profound sensory retreat, defined by the marriage of lush Glen Ample raspberries and delicate wildflower honey. The aroma is a vivid tapestry of ripe forest berries, featuring bright lingonberry and cranberry highlights alongside a sophisticated gin barrel influence. Instead of aggressive juniper, the barrel imparts fragrant notes of lemon verbena, spruce shoots, and coriander seeds. Each sip reveals layers of jasmine, sage, and lavender, weaving through a dense, velvety honey sweetness. The absence of added water results in a concentrated, viscous profile where the vibrant acidity of the raspberries perfectly balances the substantial, integrated warmth of the spirit-aged finish.

Appearance. Deep ruby to garnet color with purple highlights; still to very lightly petillant with no head formation or lacing; slight haze is present due to the immense fruit concentration and absence of filtration.

Aroma. High intensity of ripe, jammy raspberries and floral wildflower honey. Complex botanical layers from gin barrel aging provide notes of lemon zest, coriander, and spruce, with secondary floral whispers of jasmine and lavender.
