On the palate, the inclusion of flaked oats provides a pillowy texture that carries vibrant flavors of guava and pineapple. The bitterness is kept intentionally low, allowing the creamy mouthfeel and mild residual sweetness to shine. Appearance. Straw to pale orange (4-6 SRM). Opaque with a characteristic hazy shine. Large, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring mango, pineapple, and citrus peel. Background notes of bready, doughy malt and light cereal. Neutral fermentation with subtle fruity esters.
