This Thiolized Double IPA delivers an explosive tropical bouquet, driven by a high-intensity dry hop of Cryo Mosaic, Strata, and Rakau. The thiol-driven fermentation amplifies saturated notes of passionfruit and white guava, while the Cryo Mosaic contributes focused layers of tangerine and ripe blueberry. Strata adds a subtle dankness that balances the stone fruit and orchard fruit profiles provided by the Rakau hops. Despite its 8% strength, the beer maintains high drinkability with a creamy, opaque texture and a soft malt backbone. The finish is smooth and saturated with fruit oils, leaving a lingering impression of tropical punch and soft resin.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (7-9 SRM); opaque and hazy with a thick, persistent white head that leaves dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring heavy passionfruit, mango, and guava. Secondary notes of blueberry, citrus zest, and a hint of dank herbal resin. Malt is low and neutral, providing a soft bready background behind the intense tropical fruit esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a punch of tropical fruit, specifically guava and apricot. Moderate bitterness is present but smooth, balancing a soft, bready malt character. Hop flavors of tangerine, blueberry, and stone fruit dominate the mid-palate. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering hoppy aftertaste and a clean, subtle alcohol presence.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate. Contains a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth without being hot or solventy. No hop-derived astringency.
